The Facilitation in Leadership Coaching Package offering consists of four 90-minute sessions, focused on the themes of:
Who are you as a facilitator?
How do you design experiences that you are great at supporting?
Practical tools and approaches to support your facilitation style
Customized plan for continuing your development and following your curiosity
General advisory and coaching are also available in 1-, 3-, and 5-one hour session packages.
Note: Packages require full-payment to book the first session. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled directly with Michelle. Packages will enjoy more expanded availability in scheduling those subsequent sessions.
